“What exactly is the definition of Sovereignty? And how do I acquire it?”

A lot of people in America, and the World, seem to be asking this question lately. Although the public system and mainstream media is specifically designed to confuse you about this subject matter, the answer is really quite simple. Lets break it down…

Sovereignty Defined

Here’s how a few reliable sources define the term Sovereign:

A person body or state in which independent and supreme authority is vested; a chief ruler with supreme power; a king or other ruler with limited power.

1. Cheif or highest; supreme.
2. Supreme in power; superior in position to all others. Independent of, and unlimited by, any other; possessing or entitle to, original and independant authority or jurisdiction.

“Sovereignty means having supreme dominion over your realm – That you are the king of your own territory and are Governed by the Laws of God, not the laws of bankrupt corporations and their security guards.”

Etymology

It is further explained in The Sovereign Citizen’s Handbook that the root of this word is Severed: severed from the government, not a subject.

Where does Sovereignty come from?

The source of all Sovereignty is God. God holds Absolute Sovereignty, meaning He rules over all He surveys and answers to no-one above Himself, every force in nature including human conduct is His subject and under the control of “The Laws of Nature”. For example, “gravity”.

Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and you are exalted as head above all. Both riches and honor come from you, and you rule over all. In your hand are power and might, and in your hand it is to make great and to give strength to all.

The public system was originally put in place for immigrants, orphans or people who are not in harmony with the laws of nature. Recently, it’s been re-designed to create an irresponsible population who are unable to manage their own estates or be trusted with any true freedom, people without conscience. The only reason a person who has no conscience or connection with God obeys “the law”, is out of fear of punishment by “the government”.

However, those who acknowledge the fact that they are Divine in nature and belong to God, are severed from any ruler-ship other than the Laws of Nature, or God’s Natural Law. This is what’s called “Relative Sovereignty”. To hold Relative Sovereignty means that you belong to God and you are royalty, capable of maintaining self-government in your life and managing your own estate. You are in harmony with the Laws of Nature.

How Do I Acquire Sovereignty?

The fact is, all humans are rightfully Sovereign. But most of them don’t know how to be noble and prove it. You are presumed, by tacit (silent) admission to be a subject of corporation government if you have not officially declared your Sovereignty upon public records.

So, in order to do this you will need 3 things:

1. Knowledge
2. Guidance (from the voice of experience)
3. Paperwork

Before you start on a common law quest for knowledge, mentors, and paperwork that usually takes the average person their whole life to complete, with plenty of mistakes along the way, let me suggest to you some materials that will help you hack through all the bullshit and get straight to the point.
